"Client" refers to the individual or entity contracting the website development services.
"Developer" refers to CaseFox Inc. the website development services.
"Project" refers to the specific website development work outlined in the scope of work.

The one time cost of all the website development is $499. Any specific requirements are being charged on our estimates/quotes and as per the given time frame. We kindly request that we schedule a face-to-face meeting to ensure our mutual understanding is clear.
By accepting the quote, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of CaseFox Inc. Acceptance will be done by email, payment of initiation, or signing a quote.
The Developer shall provide the client with website development services limited to WordPress theme-based websites, including but not limited to theme installation, customization, and configuration.
Website pages include a Home Page, Practice Area Sections, Resource Page (Blog, News, etc.), Contact Us Page, and About Us Page.
The number of pages for the website development package shall not be exceeded by 10 pages. Any additions to the number of pages will be subjected to additional charges.
Clients will ensure that they have read the proposal/quote/estimate provided by CaseFox and that their requirements are fully understood by CaseFox. Clients must provide us with clear guidelines along with the flow or specific details they may require. In case of failure to provide the said details, CaseFox will proceed with the understanding of the requirements and quotes accordingly. In case of any discrepancies post-development stage, CaseFox is liable to quote additional charges for the said changes.
Clients will ensure to clarify all aspects of the website development and quote matches their requirements.
Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional fees.
Any complexity related to specific tasks must be advised in advance and included in the proposal for costing purposes. We operate with trust and depend on our clients to provide a complete picture at the time of the quotation. Any discrepancy arising due to unclear requirements will not be borne by CaseFox Inc.
CaseFox Inc. will strive to meet the project/changes deadline, and we understand that reasonable delays may occur if functionalities are redefined or modified.
Delays on the client's part can result in project timeline extensions and potential extra expenses.
Any programming errors or bugs reported during or immediately after development will not result in additional charges.
We will build an SEO mobile-friendly website. Our websites/applications are tested on PCs and include recent versions of the following browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome & Safari.
The client must inform us beforehand if there is a requirement of the website testing to be done on a different browser.
Responsive/multi-device compatible web pages are tested on iPhones and iPads.
Clients need to discuss/inform CaseFox web development team if they need the website to be tested on another device.
All communications/correspondences are done via email. In case there are any changes in the contact information/email address from the client’s end, the client is responsible for informing the CaseFox team on a prior basis.
The Client will provide all necessary material and content required for the project, including text, images, and other assets.
The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving work in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in an extension in the quoted time for website development.
Website content and all related materials need to be provided to us within the first two weeks of starting the project. Subsequent delays can potentially extend the project timeline and may lead to additional charges if they surpass a reasonable timeframe.
CaseFox web development team reserves the right to review and withhold the addition of any misleading/ foul content that is provided by the client.
These rights, on the other hand, do not impose upon us the responsibility to oversee or exercise editorial authority over your Content or any other element of your website(s).
CaseFox web development team retains the right to change or modify the content provided by the client before it gets published on the website.
The Client is responsible for ongoing maintenance and updates unless a maintenance agreement is in place.
CaseFox web development division is not responsible for issues caused by third-party plugins or extensions.
Support Cost of $50/month is mandatory for all clients for the duration of one year. After the time limit has expired, the clients are eligible to extend the support services as per their requirements.

Monthly support package fees will be charged to the client's credit card on file on the 1st day of every month. Any changes to the day of deduction of the monthly support fee are to be requested by the client on a prior basis.
Packages are designed to serve website maintenance tasks only. The hours may not be used for projects such as full redesign or major functionality add-ons.
The monthly support fee does not include any Digital Strategy, Business Analysis, Solution Architect, SEO or Digital Marketing work.
Domain is to be given by the client. Charges related to domain registration/renewal are not automatically included in any project or proposal unless specifically mentioned otherwise. If needed, a separate quote will be provided and requires client approval.
Hosting charges are not included in the quotations unless otherwise specified. CaseFox Inc. can organize an appropriate hosting solution if required, $150 additional will be charged for hosting and SSL certificate. In cases where clients choose to manage their own hosting, it is important to consult with us before making final decisions on the hosting type and database. This is to ensure that it aligns with the technology requirements for the development. Please be aware that we will need complete access and hosting support for testing and deploying the application. CaseFox Inc. will not be responsible for any delays or errors resulting from the actions, whether direct or indirect, of the hosting company.
If your website is not hosted on a CaseFox server, any additional man-hours that may be required due to any server or network-related issues are not covered in our quotes and may be charged separately.
The client agrees to pay CaseFox Inc. as outlined in the project proposal.
Payment terms, including milestones and due dates, are specified in the project proposal.
Invoices not paid within 5 working days from the due date may be subjected to late fees.
There are absolutely no refunds in any case for any fees related to the monthly support package.
CaseFox may temporarily disable or suspend all or any aspect of the Website Services if you fail to pay the fees due against your subscription or otherwise breach this agreement.
The Client retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property provided by the Developer.
The Developer retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property incorporated into the project unless otherwise specified in writing.
Upon full payment, the Client shall own all intellectual property rights to the final website, except for any third-party materials and open-source components, which shall be subject to their respective licenses.
Upon full payment, the Client will own the website and its content.
The Developer/Company retains the right to showcase or use the project in their portfolio or for promotion purposes.
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information and materials confidential. Failure to do so will result in further legal action.
The project timeline is outlined in the project proposal. The Developer will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon deadlines.
Before terminating the service, the client is liable to inform 1 month prior.
Upon termination of the project, CaseFox is obligated is to retain your content in the format maintained by us in the production environment test or draft versions of content.
CaseFox is not liable to retain the client’s content for more than thirty (30) days after termination (referred to as the "Content Retention Period").
If the client makes a written request during the 30-day period of termination, CaseFox will provide them with the following content: company logo file(s), image files, and text.
Content exports will not encompass our proprietary design templates, themes, or any customized elements. In the event that your domain name was initially acquired by us or the ownership of your domain name was transferred to us, we pledge to collaborate with you in good faith to facilitate the transfer of your domain name, and we will exert reasonable commercial efforts to achieve this transfer.
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Termination may result in additional fees based on work completed.
Any disputes arising from this contract will be resolved through negotiation and mediation.
T&Cs are subject to change anytime at the will of the company.
This contract is governed by the laws of California, USA.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
Any changes to this contract must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
If any provision of this contract is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be in effect.
